If you recognise yourself here, you're not failing — and you're not alone. This is exactly where a different approach begins.
Trying to lose weight — but nothing seems to stick?
Always thinking about food, or fighting cravings?
Low energy, mood swings, hormones out of balance?
Most approaches fail because they're one-size-fits-all — rigid diets and generic meal plans with the same rules and expectations for everyone.
That doesn't work for your body, your schedule, your preferences, or your relationship with food.
Weight loss doesn't usually fail because you lack willpower. It fails when the plan ignores how you actually live, eat, think, and cope.

A calmer approach starts by looking at the full picture — not just another plan to follow perfectly.
This isn't another generic plan to follow perfectly for five days — then start over again on Monday.
No harsh reset, no all-or-nothing thinking, no pressure to get everything right before life gets busy again.
Your coaching is built around your lifestyle, preferences, routine, and history with food — not a template handed to everyone.
We look at the habits, triggers, patterns, and behaviours driving your eating — so changes actually have a chance to last.
So the support feels realistic, personal, and doable — not like another set of rules to fight with.
No copied plans. No extremes. Just a clear path that fits your life.

Personalised support means more than putting your name on a meal plan.
In your first coaching session, we explore the full picture — your habits, schedule, food preferences, challenges, and what hasn't worked before. This session helps me understand you, your body, your mindset, your life, and how to build something that actually fits you.
From there, you receive from me a clear plan designed around your real life — not someone else's. It feels doable, sustainable, and realistic from day one, so you know exactly what to focus on.
As things come up, we refine and adapt your plan so it keeps working with you, not against you. You stay supported as you put it into practice in everyday life.
Shaped around your life
Refined together as things come up.
Your own plan, built after our first coaching session — designed around your real life, not a template.

BSc Psychology, First-Class HonsDip. Nutrition & Health Coaching, IINH
I'm a nutrition and health coach and former professional dancer. I know what it feels like to be stuck in your head around food, struggling with weight, and feeling disconnected from your body.
For years, I lived in a world of rigid perfectionism. That pressure led me into an exhausting cycle of extreme dieting, emotional binge eating, and feeling completely disconnected from my own body. I know the frustration of trying every diet on the planet, only to end up right back where you started.
What changed everything for me wasn't more discipline — it was understanding what was driving my eating behaviours, and learning to work with my body instead of against it.
Now, I help other women do the same. My approach combines nutrition science with behaviour change, so you can transform how you think about eating altogether. You don't need more willpower; you just need a clear, personalised way forward that actually fits your body and your life.
Clear, personal support that keeps you connected to the process — between one good day and the next.

A dedicated space to talk things through, understand what's keeping you stuck, and create a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and relationship with food.

Questions and challenges often arise between sessions. Daily access to your coach ensures ongoing support is available whenever you need it.

Self-reflection and exercises to help you notice patterns, understand triggers, and build habits that actually last.
If you're tired of overthinking food, starting over, and trying plans that never quite fit — this is your chance to take a more personal, sustainable approach.
