Hi, I'm Beth.

I'm a nutrition and health coach and former professional dancer. I know what it feels like to be stuck in your head around food, struggling with weight, and feeling disconnected from your body.

For years, I lived in a world of rigid perfectionism. That pressure led me into an exhausting cycle of extreme dieting, emotional binge eating, and feeling completely disconnected from my own body. I know the frustration of trying every diet on the planet, only to end up right back where you started.

What changed everything for me wasn't more discipline — it was understanding what was driving my eating behaviours, and learning to work with my body instead of against it.

Now, I help other women do the same. My approach combines nutrition science with behaviour change, so you can transform how you think about eating altogether. You don't need more willpower; you just need a clear, personalised way forward that actually fits your body and your life.

Following a series of illnesses which had me bedridden for a week at a time, two winters in a row, I decided it was time to take action. A sugar addict since childhood, previous attempts to reduce my sugar intake had failed, so I sought advice from Beth. Her coaching — including suggestions for natural sugar substitutes and recipe ideas — helped curb my sugar cravings once and for all. An added bonus has been losing weight, even without dieting!
